Summer School Teaching Jobs
Thank you for your interest in teaching EFL at Saint Michael's on the 2010 summer school.
Please note: following new government legislation regarding child protection, we cannot accept CV only applications. All applicants are required to fill in an application form.
Help with completing the online form:
In order to comply with child protection legislation, it is very important that you give us a complete list of your previous employers with dates. You will also need to make clear on your application form that you have a university accredited teaching qualification with 100 hours of input and 6 hours observation: this usually means the Cambridge CELTA or Trinity Cert TESOL. If your qualification is not CELTA or Cert. TESOL, you will need to attach documentary evidence that it is recognised by the British Council.
You can complete the form online using the PDF format.
If you do not complete the form in one go you can save it to your USB memory stick / computer and complete it at a later date.
Once you have completed the form:
Press the SUBMIT button on the form. You may prefer, however, to save the form, attach it to an email and send to:

Summer School fun
Many people think that spending their summer holidays in a summer school may not make sense, but they don't know that this can be something that they will never forget in their lives, especially when you are learning a new language. Saint Michael's summer programme was made for students all over the world.
The Saint Michael's College summer school is designed for students from all over the world: knowledge, fun and new friendships are all things which you will gain during your time at the school.
This video represents what they can make. Learning and having fun: that's what we did. An advanced class of SMC summer course 2009 inspired by a great teacher named Lucy Hegan: we made a funny but unforgetable video of our lives here. It's with this video and what we have learned here at SMC we invite you to come to the school and have an amazing experience like we have had...
